Cut for you.
Sewn to last.

One tailoring house, one obsession: garments measured to your body and made by hand from the world's finest cloth. Suits, shirts, alterations and school uniforms — finished the way ready-made never can be.

Welcome to the Vault

Tailoring is the only thing we do

Behind an unassuming door in Kelana Jaya sits a cutting room stacked with English wool, Italian linen and Japanese cotton. Every piece that leaves it is drafted from your measurements, basted, fitted and adjusted until the mirror agrees.

Whether the garment hangs in our fitting suite or lives in your working wardrobe, it carries the same promise — cloth chosen with intent, a pattern cut for one person, and seams that will outlast the trend that inspired them.

Style Consultations

Cloth, cut, lining, buttons — a working session over swatch books and sketches that turns a vague idea into a garment plan you can hold.

Custom Alterations

Off-the-rack garments recut to fit like they were made here. Jackets, trousers, dresses and heirloom pieces — altered by hand, not hurried through a machine.

Why HostVault

The difference is in the details you never see

Anyone can sell a suit. Very few will unpick a shoulder seam three times because the drape is a few millimetres off. That stubbornness is the whole business model.

Read our story

  1. Appointment only, always

Your fitting gets the whole room and the tailor's whole attention. No queue behind you, no clock on the wall.

  2. Hand-picked cloth

Every bolt on our shelves was chosen in person — wools from established English and Italian mills, linens and cottons that survive Malaysian humidity with grace.

  3. Designed around your life

Courtroom, boardroom, wedding stage or classroom — the garment is engineered for where it will actually be worn, not for a mannequin.

  4. Senior tailors on every piece

Nothing is handed to an apprentice to finish. The person who measured you cuts your cloth and checks the final press.

For the little ones

School uniforms, tailored

Ready-made uniforms fit nobody in particular. Ours are measured to your child, sewn from breathable hard-wearing fabric, and embroidered with their name so siblings never squabble over a shirt again.

Kind words

What clients say after the mirror

“I flew back from Singapore for my second fitting. That should tell you everything about how the first suit turned out.”

Adrian Wong · Corporate lawyer, KL

“They rebuilt my late father's blazer to fit me for my convocation. I wore history, and it fit perfectly.”

Nurul Aisyah · Shah Alam

“Three kids, three sets of uniforms, every name embroidered. January mornings are finally quiet in our house.”

Questions, answered

Before your first visit

How long does a bespoke suit take?
Plan for four to six weeks from first measurement to final collection, including at least two fittings. Wedding season can stretch this, so book early if you have a fixed date.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes — the atelier works exclusively by appointment. It keeps the fitting room private and guarantees the tailor's full attention for the entire session.
What does a bespoke suit cost?
Two-piece suits begin around RM 2,400 in mill wool and rise with cloth selection. You will see the exact figure, in writing, before any cloth is cut.
Can you copy a garment I already love?
We can draft from an existing garment, correct its known flaws and reproduce it in new cloth. Bring it to your consultation and we will assess it seam by seam.
Do you tailor for women?
Absolutely. Suits, blouses, dresses and occasion wear are all drafted in-house, and our fitting suite is private for every client.
How do the kids uniform orders work?
Bring your child in for a short measuring session, choose fabrics and quantities, and collect the finished set in about two weeks. Name embroidery is included in the price.
What if the fit changes after delivery?
Every garment includes complimentary adjustment within ninety days of collection. Bodies change; your tailoring should keep up without an argument.

The first fitting changes everything

Forty-five minutes, a tape measure and a conversation about how you actually live. That is where every great garment begins.
